Hi, I’m Chelsea.

I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who works with people committed to changing their lives for the better and being the best version of themselves.

I am a big believer that long term changes to health and happiness start first from changing lifestyle habits. I believe in teaching you to become more in tune with your body and mind for life changing, sustainable results.

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or simply to improve your relationship with food and fitness I am here to guide and support you through your goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

In-Person: Serving Michigan suburbs: Birmingham, Beverly Hills, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Troy, Southfield, and Royal Oak

Virtual: Train live through Facetime or Zoom. Sessions will be run exactly like an in-person session.

Train from the comfort of your home. All training equipment can be provided.

Session length is 60 min and will be designed based on your needs and goals. Will include warm-up and mobilization, resistance training, cardiovascular training, cool-down, and stretching. 

With your unique goal in mind, an individualized program will be designed to specifically help you achieve it.

*8 week minimum commitment

NUTRITION COACHING

I believe nutrition coaching is so much more than sending out diet plans and telling you to move more. My objective is to upskill your nutrition knowledge and provide you with the tools and resources you need to achieve your goal, and sustain it forever. I work with a team of other nutrition consultants through a company called Flex Success where we have developed an online coaching program that allows me to work 1:1 with you, no matter where you live.
